I have iTunes 12.4.1.6 and I can't get the update to 12.4.3 to work on a Win 10 PC. I have read on the Apple site about a problem with QuickTime. I don't ever use QuickTime anymore so I tried to remove it. It won't let me because it says I need to be an administrator. But, I AM an administrator on this PC.

    Frustrated
