    Bought it last Wednesday and it worked just fine till i got home. Now it's asking for apple id and password attached to this device.
    I've tried calling the guy like 20 times and texts.
    This device is not stolen because I saw it work before I bought it!

    You still need to have the seller sign out with his ID and Password there is no way around it

    Welcome to iMore! Stolen or not, you need that Apple ID and password to use it. There's no way to get it other than from the seller. None at all!
