Cookies page on Pokemon go login (frustrating)

I downloaded the latest Pokemon go update and when I try to log in again through Google (which I originally set up the game with) it allows me to sign in and then reverts me to a support.google.com page for cookies. I've tried to enable and disable cookies but nothing changes. When I hit done to get off the support page, it goes to the sign in page and immediately flips back to the Google sign in again...looping as such. Please help
If I keep going back and forth with the Google page to sign in it gives me a blank white screen.
