Yes, you can replace the screen twice cheaper than AppleCare+ plus two incidents/deductibles, but ... While the screen is the most likely thing to break, it's not the only thing that can break. If you break your whole phone (eg dropped in water) the repair/replacement will be far more expensive than AppleCare+.
