Why is there no edit playlist option in itunes 12.4.3.1?

I recently updated my Itunes version to 12.4.3.1.I can't add any new songs to my existing playlist in my iphone and also I'm not able to create a new playlist also(the option is disabled).What should I do to edit my playlist?

I am rarely on my MacBook now that I have an iPad Pro, but if no one else replies soon, I'll update my iTunes version and see what i can find for you.
