Newbie question. I have about 20+ apps on my wife's iPhone 4s which is running IOS 9.3.3.
About half or more of the apps need to be updated on the phone. It looks like she has automatic app updates turned on but updates are not happening. On the iPhone, auto-updates are turned on but most apps don't appear in the auto-update list of applications. As an example, she has app myhumana v4+ on her iPhone but the app store has v5. In the app store I see v5 and I can select "open" (which does launch the app and she can log in to it), but it doesn't update to v5 on the iPhone. The app store entry doesn't have "download" or "update" or "install" as things that I might choose. So, exactly, how do I get that (free) updated app to download and install to the 4S?
