Why aren't video's streaming on my iphone?

Netflix and youtube videos will not stream on my iPhone when connected to wifi. They will play on my laptop using the same wifi network, so it cannot be the network connection.

Are you on iOS 10 Beta? I was having that issue on Netflix, Youtub and YGaming apps. They did an update a couple of days ago and I have no problem streaming from those apps to my device(s) with iOS 10 beta installed.
