Why does my iPhone 6 display colorful vertical lines?

My iPhone 6 is cracked and has been dropped multiple times but the colorful vertical lines hadn't been visible until recently. I plan on going to get my screen replaced but I'm worried after I get the screen replaced, the colorful vertical lines will remain. If I get the screen replaced, will the colorful vertical lines disappear?

Yes they will disappear. Just have your iPhone repaired at the Apple Store or a Apple certified repair service.

There might be internal damage in addition to the screen being cracked. The best way to find out is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store.
