I am an owner of a business who has several iPhones. An employee has left the company and returned his iPhone. Unfortunately, he has it password protected. How can I remove the password, so the iPhone can be used by another employee?

In the absence of the passcode, the only option available is to erase the device and start fresh or from a previous backup. You can do this by following the steps linked below directly from Apple.
