Wondering about a manufacturer warranty, received fitbit for Christmas gift and it is falling apart

Hi, I received a Fitbit Charge for a Christmas gift and love it. However the "clips" that I attach it to are falling apart along with the part near the watch itself. It is "peeling" back. Is there anything that can be done about this?
