How do I change the default song that appears on my iPhone lock screen?

My lock screen always shows the same song from my iTunes/Apple Music library. Is there a way to change this?

From what I've always seen, the song on your lock screen is the current song or the last song that was played by your music app of choice when you stopped it last.
