Iphone 5 continually keeps resetting itself

and i have done hard reset, factory reset, wiped everything from the phone and then restored it, and i have swapped that batery updated to the newest ISO for it and still it keeps resseting itself. I have looked so many places but only seem to find the same answers which none have worked! If anyone can help would be muchly appreciated and thank you in advance!!!

Sounds like you have done everything that anyone could suggest you to try. Might be time to make a Genius appointment and have Apple determine what is wrong with your phone. Sounds like it could be a hardware issue to me.

Is it possible that it is getting hot? If not, it is most likely a hardware issue. The above poster suggested the best advice. Make sure you're keeping it away from magnets. Mine used to do that and I realized that I was putting my device in my car door slot that holds stuff, but the door speaker was right there and magnets will really cause weird issues.
