I'm looking for an App like ITube any suggestions?

I know itube doesnt exsist anymore and that apple has restrictions now but i would like to find an app that lets me watch music videos without wifi and be able to turn my phone off and play games whilst listening to the music or video however i live in Mew Zealand therefore some apps are not avalible in my country also i do not wish to jailbreak my phone so if anyone has any recomendations of any apps that include the preferences liated above that would be very much apreciated

also i have an iphone 5
