Default Lost my camera icon for iphone 4, how can I bring it back?

    Hi,

I am not very technical and I am looking for a solution with my, i think, very simple problem.

I accidentally deleted the camera icon on my iphone 4S now i am trying to figure out ho to bring it back.

Do you mind suggesting some ways?

    Thanks.

You can't delete the camera icon. It's probably in a folder somewhere on your homescreen. You can find it using Spotlight Search. On my phone it's in a folder called "Photography". Check all your folders.

Thanks, I actually don't know what happened but my 19 month old son was playing with my phone and after that I no longer see the icon. I tried searching but I can't really find it.

Have you done a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
I lost my photos app last night. An iOS 10 beta bug. Hard reset brought it back.

Did you type it in on Spotlight Search? It should show where it is. If it doesn't show, then do the hard reset.

These show in the "Extension" folder.
