Iphone saying could not activate mobile data network

Iphone 4 worked fine then suddenly when trying to get internet through 3G it comes up saying could not activate mobile data network. Have reset network settings, but still not working. Works fine when connected through wifi. Any thoughts please, thanks.

Did you hard reset the phone.

I reset it through general then reset network settings

Pull out your sim and put it back in. Sometimes that does the trick. Going in and out of flight mode is also an option.

With Verizon I use their online chat. Works great! Check if TMobile has that once you log on to your account.
