Is it possible to turn off the log in notification for iMessages?

When I log in to the iMessage app on my macbook, it sends a notification of the login to my iPad and iPhone. Is it possible to disable this notification on either or both? If so, how?

Not that I'm aware of, but then again, it's been quite a while since I've used sent & received iMessages via my MacBook....

The only way that I'm aware of is to not keeping logging on and off on your Mac.
