Why can't I redownload snapchat?

I have an iPhone 5s and I'm trying to redownload snapchat. Every time I click the cloud button, the circle will pop up for a second then it will go back to the cloud icon. I've tried resetting and my internet connection is fine. It's only with snapchat. Any thoughts?

Try quickly tapping the featured tab in the AppStore a few times until it refreshes it. You might also want to try signing in and out of the AppStore.
