Is the Otterbox Alpha glass screen protector compatible with leather Apple case?

I have an Apple leather case for my iPhone 6s and I already have this screen protector but not sure if they are compatible. Bought the screen protector for an Otterbox case but liked the Apple one more.

Unless the aforementioned glass is bi-focal thick, I don't see why it wouldn't.....
