Mic on ipad mini 2

Hi guys, my mom has an ipad mini 2. When she tries to viber someone. The app wants to access to the mic but there in so app apear on setting/privace/micor. On setting/viberthere is also no mic controlled option. What should I do. Her ipad is 16gb and ios 9.1. Please help!! Cheers

Welcome to iMore! Has the app requested microphone access? It should pop up within the app the first time the microphone is needed.
You might try deleting and reinstalling the Viber. It should prompt for microphone access again.
