iPod problem.

My iPod nano has 700+ songs on it. I have a new computer now and "My Music" on my iTunes has only purchased songs and not the ones that I downloaded to my old computer, can I bring back the songs from my nano to my iTunes so I can download them to another iPod?

You will need to copy the songs from the old computer to the new computer.
