I was in a call and my screen went black. it is blocked and i cant turn off the call. what can i do?

i cant exit the call. i still hear the other person. my screen is totally black. i tried all the buttons and nothing

Reboot the phone, call the person back and explain to them what happened.

This happened to me before. Reboot your phone just as Just_Me_D advised & you should be good.
