Why are YouTube replies disappearing?

I can usually see 2 or 3 replies to begin with, and then there's an option to show more. But when I click that option, no replies are shown. Not even the most recent ones that were shown before-they just dissappear. This only started happening after I updated youtube. My tablet is a model smt 900

Don't think it has anything to do with the device or update. I think it's a issue with youtube service it self.
