How can I get my games from my iphone 6s to my ipad

I'm getting rid of my iphone 6s but I have some games on it that I want to keep, how do I transfare them to my ipad. They all have the same account

The apps themselves would be easily "transferable" via iTunes sync from the iTunes library from one device to the other... game progress, etc. would depend on the app developer and if they built in support for storing user and game progress data via iCloud or other cloud service... if they have, it's a matter of logging in on the new device.
