I have a wallpaper on my iPad and at the bottom there's a border how can I get it to restore back

Welcome to iMore! Open the wallpaper in Photos, tap the Share button, tap Use as Wallpaper, adjust the zoom using two fingers on the screen, then tap Set. Enjoy!
