Welcome to iMore! What, exactly, is your question? You want to lock apps? You can't "lock" apps that way. Most important apps have a log in. For all intents and purposes, that locks them. Photos can be put in a photo album app and locked. If someone uses your phone, you can use Guided Access in Accessibility to lock them to one app. And you can just keep your phone locked.
