Welcome to iMore! I don't use a fitbit, so I don't know. But hopefully someone who knows more than I will come along and help.

Fitbit will sync across devices. I keep the dashboard on my iPad and the app on my phone. You should be able to add it to your phone and once you log in all your info will be there.
