I just purchased iPhone 6s, can I import pictures from my previous Samsung phone?

If you still have your samsung, download DropBox and get the app on your iPhone as well and just save them from dropbox onto your iPhone

If your service provider has an app or service to transfer data from an old phone to a new one - use that... or find a 3rd party cellular repair/sales place that has a CellBrite machine and provides content transfer services.

You can use iTunes to sync pictures to your iPhone,
Step 1. Transfer pictures from Samsung to computer and create a new folder to save the pictures.
Step 2. Open iTunes > Connect your iPhone to computer > Select your phone's icon in the Devices list > Click the Photos tab.
Step 3. Click on Sync Photos > Choose the folder that saved your pictures > Click on Apply.
