WiFi sync grayed out....

Y can't I perform wifi sync anymore??? Help! I was able to b4 update..I m using iPhone 6s plus and Windows...I didn't have an issue b4! I can cable to computer sync but not wifi..both computer an phone on same wifi network?!

She reboot fone and laptop a few time chk and unchk wifi sync and bam...guess the fone was being finicky..

Tried same thing myself it refused to work she tried it and it worked for her!
