Why does my iPhone 6s Plus have android settings?

I typed the serial number into the apple website and it said the iPhone was real but the settings are strange and like an android phone

The only iPhone like device I know of with Android settings is a fake. A knock off from maybe China.

I have seen a couple of devices that looked exactly like an iPhone, but was running Android with an iOS theme, and if you didn't pay close enough attention, you could easily be fooled to thinking it's a genuine iPhone or an iPhone with a genuine iOS version.
