How do I get my purchase history to check for a false purchase?

I am being charged for: APL*ITUNES.COM/BILL866-712-7753CA
and I did not order that...
I was instructed to check my past History purchases but I have worked for over two hours trying to get to it and am not almost in tears...I am too old for this an am about to close all my accounts with Apple, Sprint, and any other thing that y'all have...
