I can't set up my finger print as my lock it's keep saying failed I should go back and try again

I'm having problems with my Touch ID on my iPhone 5s I cannot set up my fingerprint up. it keep saying "unable to complete Touch ID try again " I cannot set my fingerprint please help !!

Try cleaning the sensor with a microfiber cloth and completely washing your hands. Be sure to do exactly as you are instructed and to wait until the vibration.

It's possible that the original screen was changed all together with the finger print sensor, in that case, the unique ID cable that link your finger print sensor to the CPU have been replace as well wich render the CPU to be unable to read your finger print. Until you get back that cable in there, there is no chance you could setup your finger print.
