iCloud Drive ID

My cloud app is through one Apple ID but the app I need to use has a different Apple ID. So does that mean that I cannot open this app, iAnnotate in iCloud Drive?

Welcome to iMore! You can have different log in credentials for apps and services. You don't need to use your Apple ID for everything. Just use the Apple ID for your iCloud, iMessage, Facetime, and iTunes.
