I've been being cyber staked for over 3 years now. And have collected a few tricks and tools to stop a few attacks w/i my networks. My Iphone 6, is also targeted. ddos, screen freezes, Vpn turning off on it's own, downloads supper slow on 4g, web domain reroute and blocks (ON SAFARI) and any other browsers i use. like Tor. Finger print un recognized. Repetaed password requests. Calls hijacked / hang ups multiple times after the call is ended... I could go on but this should be enough proof. My phone is on OFW ( not jailbroken ) but I'm wishing it was.

Via your computer, locate the .ipsw file and then delete it. Connect your device to your computer and then initiate the computer's iTunes app. Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet. Put your device in DFU mode. When iTunes detects the device in recovery, select to restore and update it. After the process has finished, set up your device as New and NOT from a backup.
