Can select get then install but then returns to get without installing app

Welcome to iMore! Do you have a strong wifi signal? Do this:
Reboot your wifi modem/Router.
Do a hard reset on the phone.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
Then try again.
Make sure you have a payment method in place.
