Just look at what's listed in your Photos app on your iPhone. Alternatively, you can login to the iCloud website and then select the Photo Library option.

iCloud is not a storage option. It's a back up option. It backs up what is currently on your phone. If you delete a photo from your phone, it is also deleted from iCloud.
