Problem with dropbox

I having problem with downloading fotos from my iPhone on the dropbox. When dropbox app is in the background each time downloading is paused, I did it also during the night but always the same problem.
I'm using dropbox for a long time and it's never happened somethings like this. I try everything even to download dropbox and installed it from the beginning and still nothing.

So you want to upload photos to Dropbox without the app being open? And it won't do so? I don't do that, so I have no idea about why it won't. Have you tried contacting Dropbox Support?
