Why is my apple tv4 not recognize by my computer?

After i installed NitoTV on my device, my device cannot be recognize by windows.
Can you help?

Just had a similar thing happen. I had to reset my TV 4. Once reset and apps downloaded again, I have had no issues.

Does it takes a long time to reset? ,cause mine is stuck on the Apple Logo
