How can I tell if the document I sent through my iCloud were recieved and/or downloaded?

I am trying to send a document to several email addresses and I would like to know if they were received and/or downloaded.

You can try searching for email tracking apps on the app store to see if one of them offers a solution you like.

I personally use MailTrack for Gmail, but that's for a desktop computer. It tells me what time the email was opened, how many times the email was read, what device it was opened on, and weather or not a link in the email was clicked. However, I do not know how well or if group emails can be tracked like that. Research to find out.
