Future Whatsapp updates?

I was hoping that some future updates were going to be announced for whatsapp? Anyone hear any rumors or anything? I have heard this wild rumor for a long time that whatsapp was going to get video calling...

Hey, I posted this without being signed in apparently but yes I have and I can't find anything... I was hoping something would be announced today at F8 but I guess not . Whatsapp is a great app and has SO MUCH potential it's not even funny.
