updates on ios 9.3 - iphone 6S, the safari and links freeze/hang???

[iMore Question]

After the recent update to ios 9.3, my safari and links not responding.
Is Apple working on the problems?
Meanwhile, can i do anything to revert the situation such as uninstall ios 9.3 and revert back to the earlier version while Apple looks into the problem?

Welcome to iMore,

This is a bug that Apple is aware of and is currently working on. Some are going into Settings > Safari and turning off javascript as a work-around. See if that will help you until Apple releases an OTA fix.
