An app I paid for isn't working
I downloaded an app on the App Store on my iPhone 6 and I paid 0.99 for it. When I click on the app I goes to a black screen with a white line across it. His has never happened to me before on any of my apps and even in my other phones I had. I cleared it from my recent apps, deleted it and re dowloaded it and it still won't work. Can I get a refund please??

Welcome to iMore! You should get a receipt from iTunes on an email for all purchases. On the recept are directions for refunding. Here's how it's done.
