What do you do if your iphone screen turns red?

all of a sudden my iphone screen is red and the colors are really weird when I try to take pictures - the pictures turn out but they look different on the screen

Welcome to iMore! Sounds like a hardware issue. You can try running an iTunes restore in recovery. If that doesn't fix your problem take your iPhone into an Apple Store or contact Apple Support.

Yikes...that doesn't sound good!! Definitely follow them advise above.

Make sure you don't have invert colors enabled in Settings > Accessibility.
With invert colors on, a green wallpaper would look red and photos would look wierd.
