How do I pair a BT108 Bluetooth headset to my iPhone 4?

The light is flashing red to blue and my phone says it's pairing, but nothing is happening

Try again, and be sure to follow the instructions that came with the bluetooth device.

Keep trying. Try a hard reset on the phone. Then try again. Make sure the headset is charged up.
I had problems with mine, but I just kept working at it. It finally clicked after an hour or so.
