I cant sync OneNote in my iphone

I have been struggling with the microsoft onenote sync in my iphone 5 ios9.2.1 and i have the latest onenote version when i check the last sync it says NEVER and if i try to sync newly created or old note it keeps "syncing" forever plz help me OneNote means allot to me. I had been using OneNote on many platforms with out any problems but on iphone its terrible

delete the app, reboot and reinstall? I am not having any issues on my 9.3 beta OS?
