I just got my phone and I think I broke it?

I just got my iPhone 5s for Christmas but now it's messing up like my iPod 5 did before it stopped working completely. every time I open an app it immediately closes, it says I have no space even if I delete all my apps or pictures, if I delete my pictures they come back, on Kik it won't show my messages that I've sent or received and it won't let me get any new apps

Welcome to iMore! Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. What is listed next to Available under the Storage header? It sounds to me like you've run out of space.

Delete stuff! Music, apps, messages in iMessage, etc. When you get some space back, download Box or Dropbox and upload photos to it, then delete them from the camera roll.

delete stuff then do a hard reset by holding home and power until it reboots
