i just got my iphone 6plus screen fixed an it still messing up i took it back and he said something was wrong with the inside of the phone and it wont let me touch the screen at all

Welcome to iMore! What's your question? It sounds like you had a screen on a phone that's still under warranty replaced and may have voided your warranty altogether. I suggest taking your iPhone into an Apple Store or contacting Apple Support to figure out what's wrong with it. Hopefully it's still covered.
