brand new iphone 6s is stuck at slide bar to upgrade

brand new iphone out of the box, partial setup put in pass code and selected wifi and then it say it needs to upgrade and then sits at slide to upgrade and the bar won't slide

Sorry you're having an issue with your brand new phone. The solution requires a computer with iTunes but it can be fixed

If you don't have a computer, you can take it to an Apple Store and have them help you. Hopefully you have one nearby.
