Why is my phone showing the wrong carrier name?

wrong carrier name.

i just recently switched my carrier. the name of the carrier is wrong.it shows airtel instead of idea. i manually selected idea from the carrier settings but no good.i reset the carrier settings but no change. i tried restarting the phone several times. it works fine all the calls and all he only problem is the wrong carrier name. please suggest any method to resolve this problem. i haven't jailbreaked my device it is running on 9.2.1. i tried the aeroplane mode thing too but no change still shows wrong carrier name.
