My ibook keeps crashing after 2 to 3 seconds ios7.1

My ibook in my iPad with iOS 7.1 keeps crashing when I open it,and I can't delete it either,to download a new one it asks me for an old itune account I can't remember the password.How do I download a new one with my current Apple ID ............

If you can't sign out of iBooks or recall your account's passcode, there's really nothing you can do except to call Apple Support and try to get the situation resolved through them.
