How do you block certain numbers from sending messages.

Keep getting IM's from someone I don't want to receive them from

Welcome to Imore.

1. Launch the Messages app and select the person you want to block.
2. Tap on Contact and then Info.
3. Scroll down and tap Block this Caller.

If they're not a contact, tap "details" in the upper right, then scroll down and toggle "Do Not Disturb" on.
